Mcilroy Guitar Gathering 2008
The first international gathering of McIlroy guitar players will be held in Marche, Italy in September (11th to 14th) 2008.

The location is the old style country house Villa D'Aria in the heart of the nature reserve Abbadia di Fiastra, near the town of  Tolentino, 25km from the Adriatic Coast.

There will be workshops, concerts and plenty of time for playing, talking and drinking red wine. The workshops will be suitable for both beginners and advanced players.

Friday morning: Workshop I: "Celtic Fingerstyle Guitar"

Workshop II: "Singer-Songwriter Circle"
Friday afternoon: Free time (possibility for excursions, hiking & climbing)
Friday evening: "Meet the Master" with Dermot McIlroy / Open Stage
Saturday morning: Workshop I: "Celtic Fingerstyle Guitar"
